4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PROCESS
We specialize in Cash on Delivery to ensure your security and convenience.

Confirmation: We confirm the stock and the total price (including any delivery fees, if applicable).
Dispatch: Our rider dispatches the item to your specified location.
Delivery & Payment:
The rider will arrive at the provided address.
You must inspect the item briefly upon arrival.
You pay the agreed amount in exact cash to the rider.
Upon payment, the item is handed over to you. By accepting the package and completing payment, you acknowledge receipt of the item in satisfactory condition.
Important: Our riders carry limited change. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to facilitate a smooth transaction.
5. DISCREET PACKAGING
We understand the importance of privacy. All items are shipped in discreet, plain packaging without any branding or logos that indicate the contents or the nature of the product. The return address, if visible, will be a generic name/address.
6. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Before Payment: You have the right to visually inspect the item to ensure it is the correct model and is free from visible damage (e.g., broken clasp, major scratches).

7. MISSED DELIVERIES / INCORRECT ADDRESS
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are 100% correct. If an order is returned to us due to a customer-provided incorrect address, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Unavailability: If you are not available at the time of delivery and the rider cannot reach you via phone, the order may be canceled or subject to a re-delivery fee.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
