“Master Copy” or “Replica” bags are high-quality reproductions of original designer styles. They are not authentic products from those brands, but rather inspired alternatives made with high-quality materials.
1.2 Are your products authentic?
No. We are transparent about the fact that we sell master copy replicas. We do not claim to sell authentic designer goods. We describe our products accurately so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
1.3 Are you affiliated with the original brands?
No. We are an independent business. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this site or in our communications are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to describe the style and inspiration of our products.
1.4 What is the quality of your bags?
We specialize in high-quality master copies. We focus on the details: accurate stitching, high-grade hardware (zinc alloy, brass), premium leather or PU materials, and correct weight and dimensions. We personally inspect items before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.
2. ORDERING & PAYMENT
2.1 How do I place an order?
You can place an order in two ways:

2.2 What payment methods do you accept?
Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD) . You pay in cash to our rider when you receive your bag. In special circumstances, we may accept bank transfers, but COD is the standard.
2.3 Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We operate on a 100% Cash on Delivery basis. You do not need to pay any advance fees or deposits.
2.4 Is your service really 24/7?
Yes! Our WhatsApp line (wa.me/971553365590) is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can inquire about products, place orders, or ask questions at any time. However, delivery hours may be limited late at night.
3. DELIVERY (SHIPPING)
3.1 Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively within Dubai. Our primary focus area is Downtown Dubai, but we cover most areas across the city. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm if we deliver to your specific location.
3.2 How fast is delivery?
We offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed before [Insert Cut-off Time, e.g., 6:00 PM]. Delivery within Downtown Dubai typically takes 2-4 hours. For other areas, it may take slightly longer.
3.3 Do you deliver to hotels?
Absolutely. We frequently deliver to hotels in Downtown Dubai and surrounding areas. Please provide your hotel name and room number, and our rider will coordinate with you upon arrival.
3.4 Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, 100%. We value your privacy. All items are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or branding that indicate the contents.
3.5 Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the rider’s live location or provide regular updates via WhatsApp so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
4.1 Can I return the bag if I don’t like it?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review the photos and descriptions carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, ask us for more details via WhatsApp.
4.2 What if the item is defective or wrong?
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., broken clasp), you must contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with photos/videos. 4.3 What if I am not happy with the “quality”?
Because “quality” can be subjective, we encourage you to ask for detailed photos or videos via WhatsApp before purchasing. We are transparent about our products. If you accept the item upon delivery and pay, we consider the transaction complete. We only intervene in cases of clear defects or wrong items sent.
5. PRODUCT SPECIFICS
5.1 Do your bags come with original brand packaging?
No. They do not come with original brand boxes, authenticity cards, or receipts. They may come with a dust bag for protection, depending on the specific item (please ask via WhatsApp). We do not sell “replica boxes” or attempt to mimic branded packaging.
5.2 Can you get a specific model I don’t see on the website?
Possibly! We have access to a wide network of suppliers. If you are looking for a specific style, color, or size, send us a picture via WhatsApp, and we will check our inventory for you.
5.3 Are the materials leather or PU?
This varies by product and price point. Some of our premium master copies use high-quality genuine leather, while others use high-grade PU (polyurethane) that mimics leather perfectly. Please ask us on WhatsApp about the specific item you are interested in for exact material details.
6. CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge only if the item has not yet been dispatched to the rider. Once the rider is en route (“Out for Delivery”), cancellations are not accepted, and refusing the order may result in being blocked from future purchases. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
7. PRIVACY & SECURITY
7.1 Is my information safe?
Yes. We only collect information necessary for delivery (name, phone, address). We do not store credit card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
7.2 Will my delivery driver know what is in the package?
Our riders are professional couriers. They carry packages in sealed, discreet bags. They are instructed not to open or inspect customer packages.
