. ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES AND CANCELLATION WINDOW
Due to the fast nature of our business (processing orders for same-day delivery), there is a limited window during which you can cancel an order free of charge.
3.1 Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge only if the order has not yet been handed over to our dispatch rider.
This typically means:
If ordered before 5:00 PM: You have a very narrow window (usually within 15-30 minutes of placing the order) to cancel before the item is packaged and dispatched.
If ordered late at night: You may cancel before the next morning’s dispatch.
3.2 Orders In Transit (Out for Delivery)
Once the order has been dispatched and is “Out for Delivery,” cancellations are strictly prohibited.
If you refuse the order when the rider arrives, or if you ask us to cancel while the rider is en route, you will be responsible for the full payment or a cancellation fee equal to the delivery cost and processing time incurred by us.
In such cases, future orders may be blocked until the outstanding fee is settled.

Note: We cannot process cancellations via email or website comments in real-time, as those are not monitored as urgently as WhatsApp. WhatsApp is the only guaranteed method for a timely cancellation request.
. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) CANCELLATIONS
Since we operate primarily on a COD basis:
If you cancel within the free window: No payment is taken, and no further action is required.
If you cancel after dispatch (or refuse delivery): Because we cannot charge a credit card remotely, we will log your number and address. Future orders will require pre-payment or a deposit before dispatch to cover the risk of previous refusals.
. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
Prepaid Orders: Currently, we do not operate on a prepaid basis. If we ever accept a partial deposit or prepayment, and a cancellation is approved within the free window, we will refund the amount via bank transfer within 3-5 business days.
COD Orders: As no money is exchanged until delivery, no refund is necessary for cancellations within the approved window.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
Stock Unavailability: The item you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
Suspected Fraud: We suspect the order is fraudulent or the delivery details are invalid.
Pricing Errors: An error in pricing or product description has occurred.
In the event we cancel your order, we will notify you via WhatsApp immediately. If any payment was taken (which is rare), a full refund will be issued.
. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS / REFUSALS
To ensure fairness to our riders and business operations, we monitor customer behavior.
If a customer repeatedly places orders and cancels them after dispatch, or refuses orders upon delivery, we reserve the right to block that phone number and address from placing future orders.
Such behavior is considered a waste of resources and prevents other customers from receiving their orders on time.
